Our baby girl arrived by schedule c-section on August 22nd at 9:01 am. She weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces and 19 inches long. (The exact same as Landon - crazy!) Everything was easier this time. I think knowing ahead of time about the c-section makes it mentally easier - but recovery was much faster and easier this time. She is a great sleeper and eater. We named her Olivia Anne. Mike's father's mother was Olivia and Anne after Gagi (Mary Anne) and Kathryn Anne.
Landon loves Olivia. It took him a little bit to become interested in her - but he is such a good big brother, she is one lucky girl to have him!
Here are some pictures from her first month.
He is such a copy cat!
This picture was from the first morning I had the two of them by myself and was able to get all 3 of us dressed and out the door to school on time!
This was our first ride in our new double stroller - it is sooo awesome!
Just a little angel!
This was the first time Landon actually asked to hold Olivia. Now he likes to do it every night after we have had a bath and gotten her pj's on.
Go Dawgs!
I just love this picture!
Sweet brother and sister!
Here are a few of Olivia's nursery-
Our practice "babies" before Olivia arrived.
She didn't love her first bath.....
Landon wanted to show Olivia Mickey Mouse and introduce her to all the "friends". So he asked me to put her chair by him so they could watch an episode together and he would tell her who everyone was. So cute!
Our friend Blair made Landon this shirt. Here he is the copy cat again!!
OK liking this bath thing now....
